Job Title: Senior Mechanical Engineer - Site Operations

Job Summary: AtkinsRealis, a leading engineering and project management firm, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer for site operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in mechanical engineering with a focus on site management. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing and ensuring the efficiency of mechanical systems on various projects in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Management: Lead and manage mechanical engineering activities on construction sites. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution. Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems. Project Coordination: Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other engineering disciplines to ensure integrated project delivery. Provide technical expertise during project planning, design, and execution phases. Quality Assurance: Implement and uphold quality control measures for mechanical systems on site. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications. Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior engineers and site staff. Foster a collaborative and positive working environment within the mechanical engineering team. Technical Expertise: Apply deep technical knowledge in mechanical engineering to solve complex problems. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to incorporate best practices into projects. Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations on site. Implement and enforce safety protocols to mitigate risks associated with mechanical systems. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering with a focus on site operations. Professional engineering license preferred. Proven track record of successful project delivery in the construction industry, particularly in the Middle East. Skills: Proficient in project management and coordination. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
