The Creative Director is responsible for conceptualizing, creating, driving, and implementing the visual content and design strategy for a wide variety of jewelry categories forward, on-brand visual campaigns across all platforms including landing pages, emails, banners, video, social media, enhancements, and homepages to drive engagement and revenue growth. The Creative Director is managing a team of art directors, graphic designers, videographers, production, and web developers.

The role requires both immense luxury jewelry and fashion knowledge and creative aesthetic and the ability to strategize and conceptualize large-scale campaigns on media, design, and studio levels.

Duties and Responsibilities: Strategize and implement visual design and content-driven strategy including all in-store, packaging, social pages, digital, and web. Direct the team to collaborate, iterate, and conceptualize creative campaigns. Work closely with Group Marketing on conceptualizing and designing marketing initiatives, taking projects from brief to execution, with the flexibility of generating multiple comms and the ability to translate designs on multiple channels of communications (offline and online) Develop creative vision, guide development and execution of visual identity and messaging across all aspects of the brand experience including all channels. Create and update ad-maintained brand guidelines and visual tone of voice. Partner on business strategy and play the critical role of bringing the strategy to life creatively across the marketing channels as well as on our platforms. Strategize and provide a context for the creative teams to develop aspirational brand imagery. Lead the creation of world-class, beautiful visuals that support and reinforce the vision in keeping up with the business and marketing strategy for the brand. Work closely with CRM team, merchandising team, product managers, other internal departments to ensure a unified approach to providing an engaging brand experience for the customer Bring essential new ideas and lead the editorial, content, social, creative and production partners, and oversee the execution. Adopt performance data, and develop future creative strategy. Manage and lead creative reviews and presentations, while successfully presenting concepts and powerful narratives for management, to influence business and creative decisions. Strategize and implement brand revamp and plan visual identity development for short- and long- term roadmaps. Work closely with product design and development team to support on creative insights to influence the future designs of products. Plan and manage the creative budget. Work with the management team, design committee and board to set project deadlines and content goals Needed Skills and Competencies: Bachelor\'s or master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in fine arts/Graphic Design/Visual Communications Substantial 8-10 years of experience and wide knowledge of the fine jewelry industry. Experienced in developing jewelry collections for international brands. A keen sense of creative capabilities that encompass marketing, boutique design, display and any visual communication. Capable to establish a vision for the brand and help with crafting a story around our creative work. Ability to work effectively across all divisions of the company including working with our distributed teams in Thailand and other locations. Willingness and capacity to be a spokesperson for our creative work. Qualifications : 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional creative teams to drive breakthrough results Advanced knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Deep e-commerce experience, including editorial and UX experience. Effectiveness in managing the creative process from concept to completion Keen ability to develop and tell stories using visual content. English Speaking (Arabic is a plus) Powered by JazzHR
