We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. Responsibilities \xe2\x9e\xa2 Developing and implementing a digital marketing strategy \xe2\x9e\xa2 Creating visual concepts for promotional activities \xe2\x9e\xa2 Managing the digital marketing calendar \xe2\x9e\xa2 Maintaining the online presence and reputation of the company \xe2\x9e\xa2 Overseeing the creation and maintenance of social media content \xe2\x9e\xa2 Tracking digital marketing performance \xe2\x9e\xa2 Creating and updating digital marketing reports \xe2\x9e\xa2 Overseeing the digital marketing budget \xe2\x9e\xa2 Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, PPC, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns \xe2\x9e\xa2 Coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g. website, blogs, press releases and podcasts) \xe2\x9e\xa2 Manage end-to-end digital projects \xe2\x9e\xa2 Establish our web presence to boost brand awareness \xe2\x9e\xa2 Maintain a strong online company voice through social media \xe2\x9e\xa2 Liaise with Marketing, Sales and Product development teams to ensure brand consistency \xe2\x9e\xa2 Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability \xe2\x9e\xa2 Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) \xe2\x9e\xa2 Stay up-to-date with digital media developments \xe2\x9e\xa2 Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels \xe2\x9e\xa2 Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments \xe2\x9e\xa2 Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights and keyword research \xe2\x9e\xa2 Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments \xe2\x9e\xa2 Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console) \xe2\x9e\xa2 Experience with using SEO analysis tools (e.g. Semrush, Ahrefs) \xe2\x9e\xa2 Working knowledge of Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads \xe2\x9e\xa2 Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords and Google Display Network campaigns \xe2\x9e\xa2 Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking \xe2\x9e\xa2 Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement \xe2\x9e\xa2 Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience \xe2\x9e\xa2 Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners Qualifications \xe2\x9e\xa2 Minimum of a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Marketing, Digital media Marketing or similar field \xe2\x9e\xa2 Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role \xe2\x9e\xa2 Experience with digital marketing automation software \xe2\x9e\xa2 Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics \xe2\x9e\xa2 Knowledge of web publishing \xe2\x9e\xa2 Proficiency with SEO & SEM tools \xe2\x9e\xa2 Superb verbal and written communication skills \xe2\x9e\xa2 Strong interpersonal skills \xe2\x9e\xa2 Strong problem-solving skills \xe2\x9e\xa2 Ability to work well in a team environment \xe2\x9e\xa2 Strong time management skills \xe2\x9e\xa2 Excellent multitasking skills \xe2\x9e\xa2 Strong analytical skills \xe2\x9e\xa2 Highly developed attention to detail \xe2\x9e\xa2 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment \xe2\x9e\xa2 Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines \xe2\x9e\xa2 Proven work experience as a Digital media specialist or Digital marketing manager \xe2\x9e\xa2 Experience with visual communication principles \xe2\x9e\xa2 Familiarity with web design and content management systems \xe2\x9e\xa2 Excellent analytical and project management skill s \xe2\x9e\xa2 Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies \xe2\x9e\xa2 Basic Design Principles (UX/UI) \xe2\x9e\xa2 Data Analytics and Querying \xe2\x9e\xa2 WordPress/CMS \xe2\x9e\xa2 Marketing Automation and CRM \xe2\x9e\xa2 Photo and Video Editing Basics \xe2\x9e\xa2 Office Skills\xe2\x80\x94Spreadsheets and Slide Decks Nice to Have \xe2\x9e\xa2 Proficiency with Python, Python, SQL with strong analytical skills \xe2\x9e\xa2 Photoshop, Illustrator Premiere Pro, After Effects or other media editing software \xe2\x9e\xa2 Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
