We are URGENTLY hiring for Fitness Trainer (FEMALE) herein Ajman JOB ROLE SUMMARY To deliver a safe and a beneficial personal fitness program, tailored to the client\xe2\x80\x99s needs and goals to all clients of varying ability according to our standards and procedures using our equipment. JOB DESCRIPTIONS Health and Fitness enthusiast or Experienced Personal Fitness Trainer Willing to learn and be trained in EMS Training. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS Train clients in group or private session under out standard training and guidelines. Provide basic Nutrition coaching Scout, enrol clients. Book/Rebook appointments as requested by clients. Attend coaching meetings. Assist in any task involving clients and as per directed by the management. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED Ability to effectively communicate with guests of all ages, management, and other staff. Able to work independently and on own initiative. Ability to work well within a team and maintain effective working relationships. Knowledge of current fitness industry developments. Knowledge of emergency First Aid procedures and the ability to react calmly, quickly, and effectively in emergency situations. PRESENTATION Clean and tidy appearance. PERSONAL QUALITIES PERSONAL QUALITIES Self-motivated, energetic, organized and responsible. Good communicator and attentive to clients\xe2\x80\x99 needs. Being punctual and prepared for all appointments with clients or professional staff. Having a genuine interest in helping client. Flexible. Hard-working and patient. Passionate about health, wellness and exercise. Confident. Explaining the exercise program that you have prepared to the client. Demonstrating and teaching the exercises to the client and providing feedback on technique. Wearing mask is mandatory all the time, temperature check upon entering the centre. Preferred a Fully Covid-19 Vaccinated (required to do PCR Covid-19 Test every 2 weeks) Or for Not Fully Covid-19 Vaccinated (required to do PCR Covid-19 Test every week) Ability to commute/relocate: Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: Personal Fitness Training: 1 year (Required)
