Job Title: Brand Development & Planning Unit Head

Role Objective: Manage and lead all aspects of development implementing and recording efforts in marketing and planning to achieve marketing results and management objectives.

Responsibilities: Contribute to the development of plans and strategies to build and enhance the reputation and identity of the Abu Dhabi Center for the Arabic Language at the local and international levels, which contributes to the effective marketing and promotion of the center and its initiatives and programs in a manner that serves the achievement of the center's strategic goals and priorities. Managing and supervising all aspects of building and strengthening the corporate identity of the Abu Dhabi Arabic Language Center and in building an identity for its programs and initiatives according to the needs identified by the concerned center teams. Lead the development of all corporate identity policies and guidelines and ensure that they are adhered to in all local and external marketing campaigns and products, and ensure that any necessary support is provided to the center's teams or to external partners and stakeholders. Leading and supervising the planning and implementation of plans to promote and market the corporate identity of the Abu Dhabi Arabic Language Center through various campaigns, events and marketing means, in accordance with the allocated goals and budgets. Supervising the initiatives and plans for the continuous development of the institutional identity of the Center in order to expand the reach of a larger number of partners and the public and to raise awareness of the Center and its initiatives and programs on an ongoing basis. Building and strengthening relations with the most important specialized external institutions and advertising and marketing institutions to coordinate on strengthening the institutional identity of the Abu Dhabi Center for the Arabic Language, on raising awareness of it, and on promoting any other identity for the center's initiatives and programmes. Managing the development and identification of procedures, methods and standards for content development and preparation to ensure the preparation and dissemination of effective and attractive content that contributes to the effective promotion of the Abu Dhabi Language Center, its programs and initiatives. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of marketing, or in the field of corporate communication or equivalent. Preferably have previous experience in corporate identity planning and management. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or equivalent.
