Our client is a Retail Company in UAE. They are now looking for a OTT Planning & Development Engineer to join them.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Working in tandem with our operations team on daily operational customer facing tasks. Managing cloud environments in accordance with company security guidelines. Deploying and debugging cloud initiatives as needed in accordance with best practices throughout the operation lifecycle. Employing problem-solving skills, with the ability to see and solve issues before they snowball into problems. Stay current with industry trends, making recommendations as needed to help the company excel. Work on shift basis along with operations team Provide support to Etisalat Multi Cloud Customers Maintain Physical Servers & Hardware infrastructure Maintain Operating Systems(Solaris / Linux / Windows) for customer VMs Patch / upgrade Operating Systems for security compliance Provide Backup and Recovery service Maintain SAN Storage infrastructure including EMC and other vendor storage Provide day to day operation support for Cloud platforms including VMWARE and Openstack Maintain SLA and contract for Etisalat Engineering Cloud Operate and maintain Etisalat Private cloud, Telco Cloud, Azure and any public Cloud Migrate physical servers to Cloud Benefits: Air ticket for Self Insurance for Self
