JOB OVERVIEW: Lead the planning, design, and deployment of 5G wireless communication systems, ensuring timely and cost-effective project completion.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project Management:

  • Manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to oversee the design and deployment of 5G networks, transmission systems, and wireless communication systems.
  • Oversee the construction and testing of telecom systems, including those related to oil and gas infrastructure.

Technical Expertise:

  • Apply advanced knowledge and expertise in WBB, Radio, Telco 4G, and 5G deployment technologies to ensure the seamless integration of systems and components.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project team members, leveraging in-depth understanding of telecom engineering principles and best practices.

Quality Assurance:

  • Monitor the performance and quality of 5G wireless communication systems and infrastructure, implementing measures to optimize performance and minimize downtime.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to address project requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Communicate regularly with project sponsors, clients, and team members to provide updates and resolve issues proactively.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including technical specifications, project plans, and progress reports.
  • Report on project milestones, deliverables, and KPIs to ensure transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing telecom engineering projects, with a focus on 5G wireless communication systems.
  • Strong knowledge of WBB, Radio, Telco 4G, and 5G deployment technologies, as well as a solid understanding of network architecture and infrastructure.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Willingness to travel occasionally for project-related activities.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and standards related to telecom engineering and 5G deployment.
