: Keep the database up and running smoothly 24/7 and provide a seamless flow of information considering both backend data structure and frontend accessibility for end-users. Work with the software development team to deliver large scale public transportation related projects. Install and maintain the performance of database servers. Set, maintain database standards and perform tuning of database systems Perform installation, patching, upgrading, troubleshooting for the database and database infrastructure Qualifications: 40 years old and below Must have Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in computer science or any related degree Must at least 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in database administration, information technology, database architecture, or a related field Experience with Linux, Unix, Windows Server environments, MS SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Oracle Exadata will be an added advantage Experience in Database HA, Performance Tuning and Optimization (PTO), native monitoring, troubleshooting tools, database security hardening and CIS compliance is a plus
