Job Purpose Manage internal and external resources required to maintain ADNOC inventory Manage SAP, InteServ and ServiceMax transactions, aligned to physical ADNOC inventory accuracy Responsible for the implementation, execution and continuous improvement of the Storage workflow and local work instructions Support the Project Engineers during the quarterly Production Commitment forecasting process by providing the status of open Production Commitment(s) and delivery dates and inventory held within the VMI Warehouse Responsible for the control and reporting of all ADNOC inventory within the Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) scope Responsible for providing the agreed SAP data transfer and web portal SAP data access to ADNOC Responsible for monitoring and reporting of 6 \xe2\x80\x93 8 months stock, 12-month threshold period, stock & order, equipment under repair and stocking charges Prepare the data set for ADNOC and internal quarterly KPI reporting Ensure all transactions within SAP, InteServ and ServiceMax are performed in a timely manner Ensure all Preservation Storage & Maintenance (PSM) activities are planned for and performed in a timely manner Ensure all ADNOC inventory issues from VMI Warehouse to workshop, for delivery preparation, are planned for and performed in a timely manor You are meant for this job if: Minimum of 5 years experience within an Oil & Gas service business environment Robust working knowledge of SAP Good interpersonal skills, a team player Skills Additional Skills Leadership Competencies Being a global leader in the energy industry requires an inclusive and diverse environment.
