Managing and maintaining IT related documents, hardware and systems of FT offices.
Assist all employees to any IT related issue and remote session to other branches.
Troubleshooting and maintenance including repair and installation of desktop, laptop, printers, scanners, photocopiers, server, telephones, routers and switches
Maintaining the hardware systems (Servers, monitors, Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Fax machines, CCTV, Telephones, Photocopiers, Mobiles)
Administrator Access for switches, routers and firewalls, servers and IP Telephony
Configuring and administering email addresses for company usage using webhosting services.
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems such as Operating System, MS Office, ESET Antivirus, Adobe Acrobat Professional, Adobe CS, Net Frameworks, Avaya Site Administration, biostar software.
Troubleshooting of system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults such as router, switches, firewall, telephony, company accounts and passwords.
Managing the web domain server
Setting up accounts for staff, ensuring they know how to log in.
Administering the Biometrics & Access Control Systems for adding, creating profile, assigning the user to its designated permission, managing the time attendance.
Checking and making request for any IT hardware, software & consumables.
Administering all the IT assets of the company
Participate in the development and creating new product.
Preparing board presentations and line sheet for product design review.
Conceptualizing theme for the trade show, creating graphics for the stand and work with the events coordinator.
Create product merchandising boards, handout materials such as catalogues, brochures, leaflets, banner, etc.
Develop color palettes and fabric programs.
Monitor, evaluate and proofing of all packaging materials.
Anticipate, identify trends and translate them into product and merchandising concepts.
Partner with the IT department in maintaining all product updates on all websites.
Maintaining product updates in all phases of the marketing and sales.
Own approval of aesthetic design sketch and garment details.
Create, review and approve technical sketch construction guides with Technical Development team.
Create and build, sourcing technical packages and review with Technical Development team.
Maintain Competitive catalog and pricing files
Manage traffic of requests between Admin, Sales, Marketing, Contract and Production team. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Education:
