Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with business objectives and fosters innovation within the organisation.Lead and mentor the IT team, encouraging professional growth and ensuring their expertise is leveraged effectively.Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company\'s IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, hardware, software, and security systems.Develop and manage the IT budget, identifying cost optimisation opportunities while ensuring the effective allocation of resources to meet business needs.Lead the company\'s digital transformation efforts, identifying opportunities to leverage technology for process improvement, automation, and enhancing customer experiences.Lead the development of IT policies, procedures, and guidelines covering technology usage, data security, and system maintenance.

Profile
Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.UAE National with Family Book10+ years of demonstrated expertise in various IT roles, complemented by successful team management experience.Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing IT strategies to support business objectives.Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of motivating and developing IT teams.
