Job Title: Specialist Orthodontist

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive orthodontic evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients of all ages
  • Perform various orthodontic procedures, including braces, Invisalign, and other aligner treatments
  • Monitor the progress of each patient and make adjustments as needed to ensure optimal treatment outcomes
  • Collaborate with other dental specialists and medical professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients with complex cases
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and post-treatment care to maintain their new smile
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in orthodontic treatments and techniques
  • Train and supervise orthodontic assistants in the proper techniques and protocols
  • Ensure strict compliance with all safety and infection control regulations and protocols
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Qualifications

  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
  • Completion of an orthodontic residency program
  • Board certification or eligibility for board certification in orthodontics
  • Current state dental license and registration
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in orthodontics
  • Strong knowledge of orthodontic treatments and procedures
  • Exceptional clinical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team
  • Dedication to providing outstanding patient care
