Oncology Pharmacist Please wait MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB To ensure effective and efficient pharmacy services including safety compounding and dispensing of chemotherapy that complies with all relevant professional patient safety and regulatory requirements Coordinate orders and prescriptions for chemotherapy and supportive medications Ensure adequate and optimal supply of medications with a focus on safety and efficient use of medication Monitor and manage optimal chemotherapy drug dosing procedures Provide relevant clinical services and support to cancer patients and internal professionals including educational services where required Ensure accurate and safe labelling preparation and documentation of oncology medications according to professional standards and regulatory requirements Ensure compliance and proper implementation of policies related to proper handling of cytotoxic agents Ensure adequate collaboration with the multidisciplinary teams in planning and developing oncology programmes Ensure compliance and proper input into oncology drug and treatment quality and patient safety programmes REQUIRED EDUCATION A B Pharm degree from an accredited institution and licensed or eligible for licensure as a Pharmacist with the relevant UAE healthcare authority REQUIRED EXPERIENCE At least 3 years experience as a qualified Pharmacist in a Hospital setting of which at least 2 years includes compounding experience REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE UAE regulatory requirements Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the healthcare industry and pharmaceutical product knowledge Patient experience principles and related best practice Ethical stock control practices and principles Stock System management systems Computer literacy MS Office Word Excel Outlook Verbal and written communication skills in English Join our Talent Community Become a part of our Talent Community and we will get in touch with you as soon as there is a relevant opening that fits your skills interests and experience Provider Description Enabled SAP as service provider route is used for session stickiness careerSiteCompanyId is used to send the request to the correct data centre JSESSIONID is placed on the visitors device during the session so the server can identify the visitor Load balancer cookie actual cookie name may vary prevents a visitor from bouncing from one instance to another Provider Description Enabled YouTube Provider Description Enabled Google Analytics Provider Description Enabled AddThis Google Analytics Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic
