A civil project manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of a construction project, from initial planning and design to final completion and closeout. The primary duties of a civil project manager may include:

1 . - Planning and Design: The civil project manager is responsible for developing project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. They work with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that the project is designed to meet all necessary specifications and requirements.

2 . - Budgeting and Cost Control: The civil project manager is responsible for managing the project budget, ensuring that costs are controlled and that the project is completed within budget. They must also manage any changes to the project scope or design that may impact the budget.

3 . - Contractor and Vendor Management: The civil project manager is responsible for selecting and managing contractors and vendors for the project. This includes negotiating contracts, managing subcontractors, and ensuring that work is completed on time and to the required standards.

4 . - Risk Management: The civil project manager is responsible for identifying and managing project risks, including safety risks, financial risks, and schedule risks. They must develop contingency plans to address any potential issues that may arise during the project.

5. - Communication and Reporting: The civil project manager is responsible for communicating with all stakeholders involved in the project, including clients, contractors, and team members. They must also prepare regular progress reports and updates for senior management and other stakeholders.

6 . - Quality Control: The civil project manager is responsible for ensuring that the project is completed to the required quality standards. This includes conducting regular inspections and audits to ensure that work is completed to the required specifications.

7 . - Project Closeout: The civil project manager is responsible for ensuring that all project deliverables are completed and that the project is closed out in a timely manner. This includes final inspections, completion of documentation, and handover of the project to the client.

Qualifications

Eligibility-
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in civil engineering. 5-7 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in related field. Good in communication both verbal and written. Sharp attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Meticulous and diligent attributes. Great team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
