  • Point of contact for VSM revenue management with focus on calendar bookings, utilization, yield, research and reporting. The role involves coordination with business units, finance and service departments.


Diary Management

  • Manage booking request and calendar tasks on CRM
  • Review decision dates, trigger booking escalations and event status follow up
  • Review and unconfirmed bookings within a given time frame
  • Ensure all procedures are followed and where necessary implement systems to ensure compliance and smooth calendar operations


Contract management

  • Prepare contracts and ensure accuracy of schedules and inclusions
  • Ensure payment plans are accurate and as per the commercial requirements
  • Regular follow up contract status
  • Ensure insurance is in place as per Clients standards. Liaise with insurance provider for liability coverage and review of organizer insurance 


Revenue Management

  • Maintain clear and concise documents and sub-reports for preparing business reports which includes business forecast, utilization, yield and collections.
  • Support the annual budgeting process for all business segments within Venue Services Management.
  • Monthly reconciliation of revenue recognition and collections – which includes liaising with relevant departments and business units.
  • Close coordination with Accounts Receivable to ensure timely issuance of invoicing.


Pricing

  • Project manage the annual pricing for Venue Service Management
  • Coordinate with business units to finalise the pricelist.
  • Upload approved price list onto CRM system and cross check 



Skills

  • Minimum 3 years in a Hotel revenue/reservation management, planning and budgeting, business analyst
  • Ability to analyze business data, provide insights and report KPIs
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and multi-task
  • Advanced/Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power point and Power Point
  • Data Analytics skills
  • Proficient in English - oral and written.
