Talent & Culture - ExecutiveHR Executive responsibilities include creating referral programs, updating HR policies and overseeing our hiring processes. To be successful in this role, you should have an extensive background in Human Resources departments and thorough knowledge of labor legislation. The sky is your limitWork with a diverse group of HeartistsWhat you will be doing: Design compensation and benefits packages Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360 evaluations) Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees Monitor HR department's budgetAct as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issuesManage employees' grievancesCreate and run referral bonus programsReview current HR technology and recommend more effective software (including HRIS and ATS)Your experience and skills include:You should be having at least 4 years of experience in Human Resource Preferably from the five star luxury property.Should be having Master degree in Human Resource.Able to handle pressure Experience in Payroll and recruitment Can directly communicate with HOD'SOur commitment to Diversity & Inclusion: We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
