About the Role As a Senior Inflow Data Product Manager, you will drive and define the strategy, goals, and requirements for our data collection, transformation, and delivery tools for our products. You will work closely with Engineering, Finance, and Data Science teams to ensure they’re equipped with tools and data resources they need to provide insights and make an impact on our products and experiences. You will deliver industry-leading data capabilities that inform right statistical position and financial performance data to enable real-time decision-making. You will need a deeply analytical and systems architecture mindset with the ability to tackle complex challenges and effectively communicate across our organization.
Requirements:

You have: A bachelor’s degree, or appropriate work experience on well-loved data/analytics products 3+ years experience post-MBA, or 6+ years work experience performing relevant product management and/or financial transactional accounting related job functions
Responsibilities:

You will: Drive data focused product discussions (e.g. vision, goals, tenets, roadmap, narratives , status) with team leaders Contribute to the operational planning process. Creates product materials, and other training Establish/simplify processes to ensure data product meets external and internal customer needs. (e.g., roadmap prioritization, product lifecycle) and audit mechanisms (e.g., metrics, reporting, evaluation standards) Drive a selection of data providers and run a management routine to ensure the quality of data delivery Act as subject matter expert for financial and marketing API’s development and support
Preferred Qualifications:

You ideally have: MBA or a Master’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related fields Concrete experience leading complex digital products applications through multiple lifecycle Experience in the Financial, or Analytics Domain Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions (SQL preferred) Ability to think strategically and execute methodically Strong, data-driven business and technical judgment Ability to distill informal business requirements into problem definitions, dealing with ambiguity and competing objectives Strong communicator with experience in facilitation across all levels; skilled at Excellent writing skills; able to produce and finalize complex documents Solid business acumen working with product, program, and business teams to quickly understand their new product offering, gather data reporting requirements, and extrapolate its potential implications
