Are you an experienced leader ready to take on a new challenge in the automotive industry? Al Futtaim Toyota is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Reception Manager. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in supervising our Service Advisors, ensuring the highest standards of customer service and operational efficiency.What you will do Provide supervisory management for all Service Advisors, leading a reception team to maintain professionalism and efficiency. Cultivate a customer-centric environment by promoting excellent customer service values and ensuring customer satisfaction. Ensure accurate flow of customer and vehicle information, guaranteeing vehicles are fixed right the first time and delivered as promised. Uphold departmental procedures and promote a clean, safe, and customer-centric environment. Track the financial performance of each direct employee responsible for selling labor hours and other sales. Required skills to be successful Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Reception Supervisor in the automotive industry. Proven track record of effectively managing day-to-day operations and supervising a team Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge is an added advantage. Fluency in Arabic is a plus. About the team
Reporting to the Aftersales Manager, you\'ll be part of a bustling workshop environment, liaising with the workshop team and providing assistance to other departments and customers.What equips you for the role Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical automotive field. Recent experience as a Reception Supervisor or Manager in the automotive industry. Effective communication skills and strong supervisory competence. Ability to lead changes in the workplace and drive results.
