Job Role Summary:
To oversee all marketing, communications, and design activities, projects and campaigns with the support of teams including, Sales, Food and Beverage, Revenue, Leisure, Sales, Events and Weddings for the Hotel and ensure Blazon Hotels Brand relevance, distribution, and measurable goals are met.
JOB FUNCTIONS:

Review and monitor competitive hotels so as to formulate recommendations on product and service enhancements to remain competitive
Identify sources of business available to the hotel and establish priority marketing opportunities to drive business and brand awareness
The ability to understand the different needs of market segments and implement strategies/programs as appropriate to maximize profitability
Develop and implement the Annual Marketing Plan (digital, social media platforms, website, graphic) including preparation, monitoring and control of the annual advertising and business promotion budget
Develop the advertising and business promotion budget in conjunction with the Annual Marketing Plan
The ability to keep up-to-date of market trends and respond as needed
Develop marketing programs consistent with Ajman Hotel and Blazon Hotels style and image
Direct and manage the hotel's utilization of emerging social media tools and keep a valid and up to date content on the present platforms (Google platforms, Social Media Platforms, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.)
Manage and update the hotel website to ensure brand image, offers and promotions, events are displayed and valid
Overseeing the overall tracking and report on analytics across digital platforms and implement data-driven decisions to improve and evolve hotel's content, marketing, and digital strategies
Responsible for Social Listening and Guest Interaction on Social media channels
Ensure that relevant messages send over social media channels are properly and communicated on time to relevant departments
Participate in the management, development, designing, production and distribution of print and digital collateral and ensure that brand's standards are maintained
Ensure all advertising activities conveys the desired brand image and message
Press release draft and distribution
Responsible for media relation, press familiarization trips, blogger and influence relationships
Direct photo and video shots internally and with photographers and content developers
Monitor all expenditures of the marketing and advertising budget
Provide guidance to ensure favorable attitudes toward the hotel and Blazon Hotels Brand.
Report to the General Manager any significant activity with which the hotel may wish to become involved
Administration of all department activities within the approved budget with evaluation on a monthly basis.
Ensure that monthly and revenue weekly reports are shared with concerned on time.
Generate and create all purchase requests for the Marketing Department.

A Team Player
Public Ambassador for Ajman Hotel and Blazon Hotels.
A strong marketing background with experience in website management, content creation, food and beverage, and rooms marketing, brand promotions and ambassadorship.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and creative applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
