We are seeking a motivated and talented Graduate Engineer to join our Building Technology Systems (BTS) team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will be an Emirati national with a passion for engineering and a keen interest in the integration of building technology systems. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on diverse and high-profile projects while developing your skills and career in a dynamic environment.

Your new role, what's involved?

• Assist in the design and implementation of building technology systems, including HVAC, lighting, fire alarm, and security systems.
• Support senior engineers in the preparation of technical drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Conduct site inspections and surveys to ensure compliance with design specifications and regulations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of building systems.
• Participate in the analysis of system performance and recommend improvements or adjustments as needed.
• Contribute to project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and design revisions.
• Stay updated with industry trends, standards, and technological advancements relevant to building systems.
  
  

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Emirati national with residency in the UAE.
• Strong academic record and interest in building technology systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office).
• Effective communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Enthusiasm for engineering and technology in building systems.
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to take on new responsibilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with local codes and regulations in the UAE is a plus.
