It is the A&M way. The Role We are looking for Managers to join our UAE or KSA offices. Working with some of the brightest and most experienced colleagues in the industry, you will develop and implement forward-looking concepts and support your clients in the context of strategy, performance improvement, transformation, implementation, pre- and post-deal support, and others. You will lead the day-to-day execution of a key workstream on client projects while guiding and developing individual team members. You will typically lead a team of 2-5 consultants to help clients achieve new performance highs, while personally leading on execution tasks assigned to you. From the beginning, you will work in a fast-growing and dynamic team supporting in client pitch production, conducting rapid diagnostics into companies’ strategy, market position, revenues, cost base, profitability, and operations. This includes performing zero-defect data analysis and understanding results to examine root cause of problems. You will also synthesize information and analysis into high quality client reports and presentations, including developing recommendations and building models based on financial and/or operational data. In a collaborative team setting, you will work closely with your project manager and other senior members of the team but also autonomously with little direction. You will work directly with clients – usually on-site – and own workstreams and independently develop ideas and solutions to address the client’s issues. You will have the opportunity to build on your management and leadership skills and leverage your interest in motivating and inspiring others. The Requirements We are looking for people who have:
  • a high-grade bachelor’s degree (or equivalent/higher) from an accredited top-tier university (business/management, engineering, law, accounting or similar disciplines are preferred but not essential)
  • master’s degree / MBA from a top-tier university is preferable
  • excellent financial skills and analytical rigour
  • excellent knowledge of Excel (to analyse the data) and PowerPoint (to present the analyses
  • at least six years of prior full-time consulting experience or at least seven years of full-time non-consulting work experience in financial services roles such as banking, asset management, etc.
  • strong problem-solving skills and financial background combined with deep understanding of business and operational drivers
  • high integrity that is characterised by the ability to deliver messages even when they are difficult to hear
  • Fluent in English, both written and oral. Arabic language skills is desirable for Dubai-positions but mandatory for Riyadh-based positions.
